ROLE SUMMARY
Promoting team-bonding, through organising internal events, assessing volunteer satisfaction and creating suggestions to improve team dynamics
Spearheading recruitment through streamlining application processes, developing onboarding and induction materials
Monitoring compliance with policies, including onboarding, code of conduct, exit policy, etc.
Actively involved in mediating conflict resolution within the organisation, serving as a major point of contact
Average commitment of 2-3 hours per week

Works well under pressure and is skilled at conflict resolution
Great teamwork, communication, and collaborative skills
Takes initiative and works effectively individually and in a team environment
Able to capably meet deadlines
